The sunshine is very welcome on site in Bodiam and the new sports hall is beginning to take shape. The frame is up and the overall form of the building can really be seen now.
Not only has managing director Duncan Murray been on site overseeing the construction, he recently also gave a hands on maths lesson to some of the students at the senior school. The lesson involved estimating, measuring, and area and volume calculations. It gave the students some examples of the importance of maths in real life, not just to pass their exams, and sparked lots of questions about the new hall from the excited year 9’s.
